Paving of Some Public Parking Lots and Residential Streets Begins For October
/The City of Beacon has published its paving schedule. Milling and paving began on October 5th for some areas. Two public municipal lots are being paved: the Cliff Street lot in between Beacon Bread and Luxe Optique, and the Church Street/Eliza Street behind the old Rite Aid. Milling for the public lots started on Friday, October 9th and are closed until Wednesday, October 14th.
Residential roads include those near the mountain, like Vail Avenue (from Judson Street to Phillips Street), Russell Avenue (from East Main to Madison Avenue), Grove Street (from Liberty Street to Leonard Street), and Washington Avenue (from East Main Street to Davidson Street).
