The locally and woman owned HVAC company, Shelter Air, is expanding operations. Soon, you will see another friendly green truck driving around town, servicing residences and businesses for their needs in heat pumps, electrification, energy efficiency, indoor air quality, and building science. Back at headquarters, Shelter Air is creating a new office-based role supporting sales, customers, and day-to-day operations.

The new Operations and Sales Coordinator will follow up on leads, estimates, and open proposals to help close sales. They will prepare proposals and keep customer and project information organized. Helping customers is central to Shelter Air, so this person will help customers navigate rebates, incentives, and project timelines. Schedule-wise, they will schedule consultations, installations, service calls, airflow testing, and assessments.
