Today’s haul at the Beacon Farmer’s Market was so delicious. Even if it was eating and sipping with our eyes. Remember: Your SNAP EBT dollars work here!! Take your card to the Market Manager table across from the music in the middle of the market. They match your dollar. So if you get $50 in EBT, you come away with $100 in Market currency to spend at most of the vendors.

First stop was at 4wallfarm for the Mushroom Chocolate Elixir Tea, but got sidetracked by the cool iced teas on the jars that were being sampled. Then saw the pretty little handpainted-by-a-local artist tea tins that one could buy as a gift to one self or someone else. Even the trash can for the sample cups was gorgeous!

Next was Eggberts Freerange Farm for a re-stock of eggs (now $7/dozen!), smoked bacon and chicken breasts.

Then, Manor Sangria just looked so deliciously cool today. Samples of each flavor was available. From $24-$29/jar. In the background is the finished iced tea from 4Walls. Moving from iced to iced!

Just look at those rows and rows of local jam from Coyote Kitchen. Strawberry looks to be a must.

And finally, Ms. Challah Pixie herself! With her prize $5 chocolate chip cook that is both ginormous in size, extremely soft yet with a crunchy edge, and filled with a chocolate that is both high quality and 70% cacao.
