Backyard Tree Discount Sale Extended Through Weekend Via City Of Beacon

The City of Beacon has announced that they have a few trees left and are extended the Discount Sale through the weekend. “We would love for them to find a backyard here in Beacon.”

Sweet Gum

A sweetgum tree (Liquidambar styraciflua) is a tall tree, typically reaching 60–100 feet at maturity, known for its star-shaped leaves that turn vibrant red, orange, yellow, and purple in fall. Eastern Red Maple

An eastern red maple (Acer rubrum) is a medium to tall tree, typically reaching 40–70 feet at maturity, known for its three- to five-lobed leaves that turn brilliant red (and sometimes orange or yellow) in the fall. It has smooth gray bark when young that becomes darker and slightly furrowed with age, and produces small red flowers and winged seeds in early spring. White Oak
