Consider a notification from the City of Beacon Planning Board on its intent to serve as the Lead Agency for Site Plan and Subdivision Approval for the construction of two (2) 4-story mixed-use buildings that will be comprised of commercial (retail/office) and tenant amenity spaces on the first floors, together with multi-family residences on the upper floors, for properties located at 45 Beekman Street (Tax Grid No. 5955-19-706012), High Street (Tax Grid No. 5954-26-689990), and High Street (Tax Grid No. 5954-26-781983).
