Please Note: This is not the camp that is Common Ground. That camp is held on this property, but these are different camps.
Stony Kill Farm, the large, sprawling farm located on Route 9D, is offering fun, creative and enriching hands-on, nature-inspired adventures for their campers. Stony Kill Farm Camp is a place where your child will explore and discover the wonders of the outdoors while developing a sense of respect and appreciation for the natural world. Summer Explorers’ Farm Camp will explore nature through enjoyable themes for each day. Each day, campers will visit the animals, hike one of Stony Kill's many trails and participate in many varied hands-on experiences (scientific, environmental, arts & crafts) that relate to each day’s theme. Some sample daily themes are: farm life, pond ecology, tracking wildlife, survival, food we grow, art in nature, insects, worms, and butterflies, hiking safety, bird watching, composting and going green, the mighty Hudson, and much more! Each week is a different theme:
