Daniel Aubry knows a good location when he sees one. The best eyes in real estate know to invest in an area before it has a tipping point, and before it becomes hot. Case in point with Daniel's career as a real estate agent, and his selection of Beacon to specialize in. His real estate office, which doubles as his photo gallery, is located in what is now becoming the heart of the East End of Beacon next to the newly renovated historic building, the Beacon Hotel, across from another iconic project undergoing renovations to open for the first time in decades, The Beacon Theatre.
Over fifty years ago, Daniel started his career as a real estate agent, developing his skills with investment properties, development, rehabbing, foreclosures, short sales, and of course, the sometimes not-so-simple-act of buying of selling. Whether you are looking for a home where you can incorporate more than 4.9 square miles of public parks that includes a kayak dock and hiking trails preserved by Scenic Hudson, to multi-parcel million dollar deals on Main Street, Daniel can steer your capital into a healthy investment, as he did with his latest $10 million deal that transferred years-long family property on Main Street's West End of town into new ownership. See his latest listings which include homes and buildings, and call him as may know of a few listings not publicized yet.
As an artist himself with a decades long career as a professional photographer that took him all over the world on assignment, Daniel can see the possibility in a piece of real estate. With his deep knowledge of Beacon and keen forethought on where it is headed, Daniel can help you see the vision too, for what may become one of your best investments.
